KIBU International Students who are beneficiaries of the East African Community Scholarship Programme paid a courtesy call on the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ipara Odeo on 21st October, 2020.
The students appreciated the Vice Chancellor for the unique leadership and being a father figure to them. They noted that Kibabii had been the best home away from home since they reported on 14th October, 2019.
In his speech Prof. Ipara noted that Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) was happy with the management of the first cohort of students and as a demonstration of goodwill had increased the number of programmes from two to four: Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in ICT, Master of Business Administration with IT and Master of Science in Human Resource Management.
The Vice Chancellor appreciated the rare gesture by the students and urged them to be good KIBU Ambassadors in their respective countries.
